Responsibilites
- Define and update the purchasing strategy of the assigned component families, based on the market scenario and the needs of the company
- Manage the process of selecting and assigning suppliers of parts for new programs from the “sourcing” stage to the signing of the nomination letter and the related preparation of information systems
- Manage the negotiation process with suppliers to achieve the company’s financial goals
- Support critical qualitative/logístical issues generated by assigned supplier panel
- Prepare financial reports on supplier performance and analyze discrepancies
- Ensure that the team supports the company in the quality/supply chain issues related to or caused by deliveries, both in the start-up phase of new deliveries and in the serial production phase
- Guarantee that the team supports the company in managing product/process changes made by suppliers
- Support the professional growth of staff, evaluate the performance of the team against the business objectives achieved

Profile
- Master’s Degree in Economics/Technical Disciplines or similar
- Knowledge of electronics market dynamics and key drivers
- Knowledge of automotive market and related needs
- Ability to synthesize and analyze
- Effective communication approach at any organization level
- Knowledge of ERP company’ systems
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite
