**Acting as a Leader Digital Training will face you with these tasks**: - Development and implementation of the product e-Training strategy for all GROHE sub brands. - Communication and alignment with Commercial Business Units and Marketing Activation. - Implementation and continuous improvement of state of the art learning experience platform, for GROHE customers as well as employees. - Reporting for all target groups according to central KPI “Increase customer training reach with digital training”. - With this, establishment of reporting interface with Salesforce CRM system. **You should have the following qualifications**: - 3+ years experience in building digital learning products with profound knowledge in learning design or coaching pedagogy. - Ability to develop product savvy learning modules that are implementable at pace and scale. - Ability to quickly switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. - Experience in building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders. - Fluent in English & German (other languages a plus). - A results-oriented, data-driven mindset. You love to set goals, track progress, and achieve them.
