As a Performance Marketing Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving a company's online success by spearheading the development and management of its digital marketing activities. **Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
- Keen interest in SEO and SEA topics
- Passion for performance marketing and lead generation
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- You stand out for your ability to effectively implement solutions and deliver measurable results.

- Familiarity with common design tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, would be advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage SEM optimization for our customers (mainly in the automotive sector)
- Customer support and implementation for internal and external projects
- SEA Campaign implementation and KPI-based performance control
- Analyse individual channel performance and optimise for ROI and CPA
- Assist with optimising advertising accounts with a six-digit budget
- Track down new trends and test innovative marketing channels
- Create and optimise funnel campaigns and develop lead-follow-up processes
- Perform on
- and offsite measures, such as link building (external and internal), pagespeed optimization, content creation, user experience optimization, and technical SEO optimization of websites.
