Some of your Benefits Personal Development International Opportunities Flexible Work Models Employee discounts Sustainability & Social Commitment - Weinheim - Hybrid Work Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH You support our team as INTERN MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Together with colleagues you will work on projects in the M&A area in national and international teams. - You will support the Vice President Strategic Planning and M&A Integration by preparing presentations and analysis in German and English. - Independent support of various projects. - Conduct market research and prepare competitor and financial analysis. **Qualifications**: - You are currently enrolled at a university (at least 4th semester) with focus on business management / economics. - Very good skills and first experience in converting data analysis into presentation format. - You are able to work under pressure, have above-average commitment and excellent communication skills. - Due to your excellent communication skills, in German and English, you have no issues communicating in international teams. - Very good computer skills (MS Office), especially in MS-Excel & MS Powerpoint. - First experience in professional AI prompting is beneficial.
