**Your mission**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic working student to support us with our mission to make capital access easy and fair

As part of the Growth team, you will play a vital role for creating engaging articles, conducting interviews, and setting up a content marketing strategy with our Head of Growth. You will also be responsible for developing content strategies for different social media channels and ensuring that the content on our website is up to date and relevant. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our content marketing efforts and help drive our growth.

**Your profile**:

- You are currently enrolled at a bachelor's or master's degree program in Germany in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the financial services industry (Bank, FinTech, etc.) or in consulting
- You have special interest in FinTech domain
- You are a great communicator in written and spoken English
- _ Bonus if you have experience working in a startup as well as in digital marketing/branding_
