Locations: Karlsruhe, Germany (On-site)

We are now looking for **SALES COORDINATOR** in Karlsruhe to strengthen our growing team

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Act as the key contact person for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service
- Support the KAM in all negotiations with the customer to maximize company growth
- Analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Development

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience in sale, or customer service, ideally in the consumer goods sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (minimum C2).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and ticketing systems is desirable.
- Willingness to be fully on-site in Karlsruhe and travel internationally when required
