**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Creative Content & Global Media Lead sets the strategic direction for creative content in line with the overarching brand strategy. Their aim is to define target audiences, conceptualize content themes, determine appropriate channels/media, understand localization needs, and orchestrate the roadmap for content creation and distribution. This is to ensure the effective execution of media campaigns and the production of supporting assets that align with our business objectives.
- Architect and execute a comprehensive roadmap for content creation including copywriting and distribution across traditional and digital media to effectively engage audiences and drive favorable business outcomes.
- Continually research and analyze the current content and media trends to recognize best practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize content for SEO and other key metrics by adjusting content and media strategies according to industry changes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, business units and sales to develop and disseminate a range of content across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive and impactful content campaigns.
- Negotiate with external agencies and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality media deliverables to drive awareness and engagement.
- Lead a team of creatives, including writers, content concept creators, designers, and media producers, fostering collaboration and high performance through effective guidance and leadership and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Take ownership, holding yourself and the team accountable for results. You set clear expectations, measure performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field is requirement and a minimum of 7 years of experience in content creation, media planning, buying, and analytics, preferably within fintech or related industries.
- Expertise in developing and executing content strategies and media campaigns, as well as media measurement and reporting processes. Proven skills in content management, copywriting, and social media management - Storytelling abilities are a strong asset.
- Proficiency in SEO and other pertinent metrics, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of content and media campaigns.
- Strategic thinking ability to analyze complex situations, identify trends, and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth; pragmatic in execution with a passion for data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated capabilities in campaign and budget management, content localization, and development and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time, interacting cross-functionally across various internal teams.
- Experience leading a team effectively, demonstrating capabilities in team management and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Excellent moderation and communication skills in English and in one of the languages of our locations (Dutch, German or Swedish).
