Agile Coach/ Scrum Master

**What you will do**: - Ensure that the Scrum framework and agile values are thoroughly understood by the Scrum team and its stakeholders. Serve as a coach to help embed these principles across all levels of the team. - Guide the team in creating high-value increments sustainably, adhering to the WSA QMS standards, and creating an environment where quality and value are at the forefront. - Encourage and exemplify a lean agile mindset and promote an "Inspect & Adapt" culture within the organization. Act as a role model, demonstrating agile behaviors and practices in day-to-day activities. - Support collaboration within the team and across the organization, facilitating effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments, regardless of their agile maturity. - Drive the resolution of obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through established "Inspect & Adapt" practices, enabling the team to operate efficiently and sustainably. **What you bring**: **Your Experience**: - Several years of professional experience as a ScrumMaster, preferably in a scaled agile framework (e.g. SAFe) with several Scrum teams - Certification as Scrum Master, advantageous: certification as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) - Knowledge of agile SW development methods and practices (e.g. software craftsmanship, clean code principles, TDD, BDD)Fluent in written and spoken English, experience in intercultural cooperation advantageous **Your personal competencies**: - Exceptional motivation power, team spirit, communication skills, conflict management capability and an agile mind-set - all with the purpose to deliver the best possible customer value with our software teams **What we offer**: We offer a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team, working on impactful projects that improve the lives of hearing aid users around the world.
