Als **Learning Experience Designer**(m/w/d)** in Vollzeit sind Sie für ein vielfältiges und umfangreiches Aufgabengebiet zuständig.

Gesucht wird **ab sofort für 18** Monate**.

**Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung**

**Aufgaben**:

- Further, you will support decisions on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessments and learning effectiveness measures.
- Based on these insights on learning progress as well as stakeholder feedback, you will propose and lead training process improvement projects.
- In this context, you will also identify and implement innovative learning systems and tools as well as external or “off-the-shelf” training materials to further enhance the learning strategy.
- Finally, you will ensure that instructional material reflects the diversity of learners and cultures within the company.

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Master’s degree in business, natural sciences or comparable experience with specialization in instructional design
- Several years’ experience in global and cross-functional training project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the development and maintenance of innovative content on learning and communication platforms (e.g., e-learning, forums, etc.)
- Knowledge and expertise in instructional design, learning content development, and adult learning methodology (preferably GxP)
- Proven experience in identification and implementation of novel learning systems and platforms
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, database tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and change
- Customer centric, result oriented and agile mindset
