Your new responsibilities
- Become a part of the European management team and be an active sparing partner for the local European general manager:&
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies and supporting the development of best human resource practices
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Financial and commercial acumen and leadership when undertaking financial reviews of business & product profitability
- Improving the bottom line EBIDTA, understanding, of financial reporting on business performance & support sales performance. Defining the appropriate transfer pricing mechanism which will lead to correct profitablity (i.e. Cost plus method)
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary. Liaising with Auditors & external teams for various statutory requirements; and a sound tax knowledge of the respective geographical region
- Supervise local HR activities and coordinate with external HR BPO. Manage contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with HR department management
- Actively communicate with the local workers council
- Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum
What we look for
- BA qualification in Finance with strong business acumen to support sales and HR functions
- 8-12 years working experiences in the mentioned above field
- Proficiency in ORACLE Net Suite
- Knowledge in Cost Analysis & HR budgeting as well as Review
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong ability to collaborate and to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English in verbal and written form
