Audiencly is a leading influencer marketing agency, renowned for delivering industry
- leading services. As part of the Flexion Plc. group, our financial operations and reporting structures are increasingly integrated into a broader corporate framework.
**Main Focus of the Role**:
To provide operational support in day-to-day finance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial data. The role will take over recurring operational tasks from the Finance Operations Lead, in order to:

- Reduce operational risk
- Improve efficiency of financial processes
- Enable stronger alignment with Group Finance

Tasks
**Accounts Payable (AP) Support**:

- Collect, check, and prepare influencer/vendor invoices for processing.
- Monitor payment due dates and update status in Contract Ledger/NetSuite.
- Prepare payment runs for approval
- Support PO/No-PO tracking and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

**Accounts Receivable (AR) & Reconciliation**:

- Track issued client invoices against Contract Ledger/NetSuite.
- Support reconciliation of bank statements with AR/AP entries.
- Flag discrepancies and follow-up on overdue payments.

**OPEX & Expense Tracking**:

- Collect and categorize OPEX expenses (e.g., credit card, Revolut transactions).
- Support allocation of expenses into budget pools and cost centers.
- Assist in monthly OPEX reporting for Group consolidation.

**Contract Ledger Maintenance**:

- Ensure accurate entry and update of key fields (client, influencer, platform, campaign, invoice details, payment dates).
- Perform regular data quality checks and reconciliations to NetSuite.

**Audit & Compliance Preparation**:

- Prepare supporting documents (invoices, payment proof, reconciliations) for auditors.
- Support compliance checks on finance processes (e.g., P2P and O2C).

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in handling repetitive finance tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Experience in collaborating across multiple departments is a plus.
