**Role & Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition team by taking on various projects, including enhancing our employer brand through content creation, handling international recruiting challenges, and organizing events. The individual will play a significant part in improving our career website, managing our social media presence, and promoting our employer brand, thereby contributing to our company's overall growth and reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop, execute, and produce engaging multi-format content (including text, images, and videos) in alignment with our Employer Branding guidelines, aimed at enhancing our brand's representation across our career website, social media platforms (such as Glassdoor, and LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
- Actively monitor and update our content calendar in coordination with the digital marketing team, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in our messaging.
- Independently manage small projects related to content creation, targeting both national and international audiences like managing content on Instagram channels.
- Support the organization and execution of online and offline events, creating relevant content to promote these events and ensure successful engagement.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- You are at least in your third semester of your bachelor's degree in business studies with a focus on marketing or media.
- You enjoy writing texts for social media posts or blog articles independently and have a good understanding of content creation.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in marketing or employer branding.
- You work independently and structured, show a high level of comprehension, and are ready to take initiative and actively tackle tasks.
- You have very good German and English language skills in both speaking and writing.
