Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Executive Management Advisor, you will advise the members of the board on the content and organization of cross-divisional issues. You will act as a catalyst for Welthungerhilfe's Executive Management and thus make an important contribution to the success of the organization.**Your responsibilities**: - Plan, implement and support strategic projects for the entire board or for individual board members - Advise the Executive Management on cross-divisional initiatitives, priorities and challenges - Steer, manage and moderate organization-wide participative processes (in terms of content) - Ensure comprehensive exchange of information between members of the Executive Management and organizational units - Identify coordination needs and proactively develop solution proposals - Prepare, conduct and document Board meetings and Board events in terms of content and organization **Your profile**: - A successfully completed university/college degree or comparable qualification - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with an international (aid) organization or consultancy - Strong experience in project management - Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) - Coordination and organizational skills, even under high work pressure - Independent and systematic way of working, decisiveness, flexibility and commitment - A high degree of cooperation and diplomatic skills - Convincing and winning personality, with the ability to represent - Strong communication skills in German and English; Proficiency in French would be an advantage **Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
