Senior Specialist, Sustainable Packaging

We are looking for a **Senior Manager, Global New Venture (Sustainable Packaging) (all genders)** **to join the Logistics Product Operations team to launch an exciting new venture to reduce food packaging waste globally.

As an **entrepreneurial and operational senior manager**, you will be responsible for developing and building our sustainable food packaging business end to end from scratch to hyper-growth & innovation across our 70+ countries globally.

**Your mission**:

- ** Assess**: global market opportunity including market sizing, competitor analysis, and market selection
- ** Drive**: product-, strategy
- & profitability development incl. benchmarking, cost/quality optimization, supplier and portfolio selection.
- ** Grow**: sustainable packaging adoption via creative solutions in collaborations with product, tech, sales, operations, marketing, partnerships, governmental programs, etc.
- ** Lead**: and grow your team of operational and functional experts (Supply Chain and R&D)***

**Through your team**:

- ** Innovate**: by finding, developing, and piloting new sustainable packaging products and processes
- ** Build**: flawless eco-friendly food packaging products, operations, and supply chain across our 70+ markets

**Your heroic skills**:

- Master in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, execution and development
- Experience in leading new venture initiatives to commercial sucsess
- Track record of scaling a business or operations domain successfully
- Proven track record in leading and developing a team of functional experts
- Data and impact-driven with the ability to present complex topics in a captivating manner

**Nice to have**:

- Delivery Business/ FMCG / Food background
- Experience in leading innovation programs in sustainability
