To support our strategic initiatives in the field of Global DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), we are looking for a dedicated and talented individual for a dual master's position in collaboration with Steinbeis University.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Collaborating in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the company's global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
- Assisting in conducting DEI initiatives, awareness campaigns, and workshops for employees at all levels
- Analyzing data and creating reports to assess the progress and impact of DEI measures
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to design and implement innovative DEI programs and initiatives
- Supporting the development and implementation of DEI communication strategies to promote awareness and appreciation of diversity
- Conducting research and analyzing best practices and trends in the DEI field to continually broaden understanding and develop new approaches

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field (min. 180 ECTS) (e.g. business administration)
- Interest in and ideally some experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) or related areas
- Strong communication skills in both German (C1) and English (B2) as well as intercultural competence
- Ideally, some experience in conceptual work
- Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp complex issues and develop solution-oriented approaches
- Team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
