**You know what needs to be done and your penchant for delivering results to meet goals makes it happen.**

As an Art Director, you will take creative ownership over your assigned brands, by creating and executing concepts and designs for all media and channels - in conjunction with a copywriter. Push brands out of their comfort zones, by creating innovative ideas, while adhering to CI guidelines and develop executions that demonstrate mastery of your craft.

**Responsibilities**
- Brand ownership: take responsibility for the visual direction of your brands and develop them further
- Conceptual skills: Both working alone and with a partner or group
- Visual skills: understanding photography, typography, graphic art, illustration, film and animation
- Adaptation skills: taking an existing idea and adapting or expanding it to meet the local requirements of various targets, media and communication objectives

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in advertising
- If no experience in pharma, you must be able to show experience with other products where the explanation of technical aspects is vital
- Portfolio of work must contain great ideas and executions across various media
