**Responsibilities**:

- You will support the restructuring of documentation in Facility Management.
- You will provide support in the implementation of a new document management process
- You will work with colleagues to establish a new documentation structure
- You will sift through, maintain and check documentation for compliance with legal requirements
- You will gain insight into the areas of: technical FM, maintenance/repair activities and into overarching processes and interfaces

**Qualifications**:

- You are at least in your 3rd semester of studies in construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or comparable
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems
- You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time
- Collaboration within a team inspires and spurs you on and you are a communicative person
- You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
