**Your responsibilities**:

- Deriving technology projects and product concepts in cooperation with other departments in the Formwork stream and the production plants
- Planning and execution of feasibility studies
- Expertise in the assessment of exposed concrete according to the DBV data sheet as well as in the dimensioning and design of anchorages in concrete structures outside the usual solid construction standards
- Establishment of a network and cooperation in research and development with key players in the concrete industry, e.g. universities, technical institutes, producers, users
- Creation of a technology radar and a technology roadmap, and continuous market observation for concrete and related/alternative materials
- Definition of new test and simulation methods, planning and execution of laboratory tests and project-specific analyses
- Presentation of technical papers at international trade fairs and symposia as key expert in the field of concrete technology / exposed concrete

**Your profile**:

- Degree in materials engineering, construction chemistry, civil engineering - focus on concrete technology
- Excellent knowledge in the field of concrete technology, exposed concrete and concrete testing
- Several years of professional experience in the construction industry, knowledge of formwork an advantage
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
