**Your Tasks**: - You are part of the User Research & User Experience team "URX", consisting of user researchers and UX/UI designers. You work closely with digital product management and stakeholders. - You will mentor and supervise our junior and mid-level researchers, supporting and advising them on research methods, strategic research and roadmaps. You will also contribute ideas and opportunities to promote the democratization of research/testing. - You will be responsible for strategically planning the overarching research roadmaps of different Projects, selecting appropriate methods, and designing, conducting, and evaluating research studies. - Working closely with product managers and UX designers, you will develop new user-centric concepts to increase customer satisfaction, user experience, and conversion rates. - You interpret results and communicate them appropriately to stakeholders. You will continue to advise alongside stakeholders and designers to make decisions for follow-up studies and experiments. Based on lessons learned, you will develop ideas and support the development of hypotheses for design experiments. **Your Profile**: - You bring at least five years of relevant user or market research experience to the table - perfect would be in the field of e-commerce - You have excellent methodological skills in user research (primarily qualitative methods) and a good knowledge of human-centred design - You are familiar with standard research tools (e.g. UserTesting / Userzoom, Hotjar, Dovetail, SurveyMonkey) and UX design tools (e.g. Figma) - You have strong analytical skills, you have good strategic skills, you are excellently organized, you are a team player and a strong communicator - You speak fluent German and English We value diversity at Spread Group.
