**What are we looking for?**
We are looking to incorporate two **Sales Assistants** for our Citees store at Hohe Str. Cologne, with availability of 30 hours per week in rotating shifts. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.
- Main responsibilities_
- Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
- Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
- Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
- Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
