- Ermittlung und Vorgabe von Mindesthaltbarkeiten bei Mischungen
- Planung und Initiierung von produktspezifischen Prüfungen für neue Rohstoffe, Mischungen und Produkte
- Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsdatenblättern von werksspezifischen Mischungen
- Anlegen und Verwalten von Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen in SAP
- Erstellung von produktionsbegleitenden Fertigungsunterlagen
- Freigabe von Produkten und Mischungen
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungen (technisch wie chemisch)
- Mitarbeit an FMEAs
- Mitarbeit bei Reklamationen (intern/extern)
- Optimierung von Heizzeiten
- Erstellung / Optimierung von internen Prozessen
