**Your mission**: - Create outgoing invoices/credit notes for both B2B and B2C customers. - Assist in the issuance and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices/credit notes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Develop an understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market, staying updated on new regulations and trends. - Collaborate with the tax consultant's office on accounting and financial tasks, gaining knowledge of the impact of cryptocurrency regulations on accounting practices. - Updating the financial model monthly with the monthly figures - Communicating and presenting the monthly findings to C-Level. - Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and participate in the annual tax audit process. - Assist in the accurate and efficient processing of payments and refunds. - Ensure all customer invoices are dispatched in a timely manner. - Take responsibility for uploading/archiving invoices in accounting tools and liaising with external accounting consultants. - Display a proactive approach to innovate and enhance existing processes. **Your profile**: - Actively pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a passion for numbers. - A foundational grasp of finance and accounting principles, coupled with an understanding of reporting standards. - An eagerness to dive into German tax regulations and financial reporting. - Curiosity about or some experience with financial tools and software, including but not limited to DateV, Candis, and Xero. - A knack for analytical thinking and unraveling complex problems with ease. - A natural communicator who can forge strong connections and articulate ideas clearly. - Comfort with tools like Ms Excel and Google Sheets, and an enthusiasm to explore Power Query and other analytical tools. **What we offer**: - Modern office in the center of Berlin - Great opportunities for personal and professional growth and an attractive and young working environment - Two weeks "working from any place in the world" on top of your holiday - Berlin transportation card - Home office equipment reimbursement - English or German course - Choice of tech (Mac, Windows, Linux) - Company lunch every second Friday - Refreshments in the office (snacks, fruits, drinks) - A growing library of relevant literature to expand your knowledge - English as the primary office language - Home office opportunities - Friday evening team meetings (there is beer and snacks in the office) - Amazing international team with over 20 nationalities, super friendly, open, and supportive **About us**: MatchX is the world's leading brand of low-power crypto mining hardware and has an excellent reputation for quality and innovation.
