**Our two-year trainee program includes**:

- Collaboration in the optimization of processes in interdisciplinary teams along the entire value chain
- Working in various areas of the company, in particular supporting planning processes
- Project responsibility for the conception and introduction of new planning strategies
- Analysis of key business figures and visualization of business processes

**In addition**:

- Deep insights into all functional areas of the location, communication and interaction with all departments
- Assignment abroad at one of our international locations in Europe, Asia or North America
- Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
- Continuous support from a personal mentor

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business mathematics or similar
- Interest and enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization, technology and organization
- Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility in the processing and implementation of projects
- Very high level of self-discipline, organization and accuracy
- Very good command of English and German
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high level of social competence
