Poszukujemy specjalisty ds. rozwoju produktu (m/k/d) do naszego **działu rozwoju produktu / innowacji w Gersthofen.**

**Czego możesz się spodziewać**:

- Wsparcie i zarządzanie lokalnymi projektami rozwoju produktów (PD)
- Tworzenie, koordynacja i zarządzanie projektami rozwoju produktów w zakładach przetwórczych w Europie
- Wdrażanie i usprawnianie procesów w zakładach produkcyjnych we współpracy z lokalnymi zespołami
- Bezpośredni partner sparingowy i doradca dla zespołu PD i kierownictwa zakładu w odpowiednich zakładach produkcyjnych
- Prace rozwojowe zgodnie z przepływem procesu rozwoju produktu - a w razie potrzeby również ręczna produkcja próbek zgodnie z instrukcjami klienta
- Dokumentowanie prac projektowych, aktualizowanie receptur w bazie danych i wprowadzanie specyfikacji surowców dla nowych składników do bazy danych.

**Czego możesz oczekiwać**:

- Wykształcenie jako technolog żywności (m/k/d), preferowane również wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie technologii żywności lub porównywalne
- Solidne doświadczenie zawodowe w opracowywaniu produktów lub doświadczenie zawodowe w produkcji produktów typu convenience (wołowina, wieprzowina, kurczak i/lub wegetariańskie)
- Idealna znajomość branży detalicznej w Holandii, Niemczech i/lub branży QSR w Europie
- Dobre zrozumienie wymagań HACCP
- Pewność siebie z programami MS Office, FoodsConnected i systemami ERP
- Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i asertywność na wszystkich poziomach w języku niemieckim i angielskim
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych - głównie na terenie Europy
