**YOUR MISSION AND LEARNING JOURNEY**
- Collaborate with senior process managers to analyze and interpret supply chain data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in planning and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Test and evaluate cutting-edge digital tools and technologies, providing insights that help shape our supply chain strategies
- Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of supply chain operations and management
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations that communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops, enhancing your skills and understanding of supply chain excellence

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies; experience with data analysis / coding software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python) is a plus
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas in an engaging manner
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Previous experience in a supply chain or analytical role is a bonus, but not required—enthusiasm and a desire to learn are what matter most
