Reference: 1064924 Your Mission SoftwareFactory is the main CI/CD platform for ECU development inside MB.OS. It enables the development, constant building, testing, and delivery of software by providing our users with infrastructure, tools, and processes along the lower part of the ASPICE V-model (SWE.1-SWE.6). As part of MB.OS we offer a state-of-the art CI/CD platform that is the backbone of how Mercedes-Benz masters automotive software. It is by using our SoftwareFactory platform that all MB.OS developers can achieve their mission to innovate and build the highest quality software for the best cars in the world. You will join a collaborative and agile team with a mixture of all experience levels, nationalities, and genders. Sneak preview of your future tasks - Lead, develop and empower a group of engineers in the DevOps domain for end-to-end responsibility of our CI/CD platform - Lead the team to excellence and to become self-directed - Continuously improve people and services in the team - Contribute to the strategic direction of the department, and the concept draft, project initiation, validation of future projects Your Profile **Education** - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification **Experience** - Previous experience as a Team Lead - Multiple years of operating CI/CD tool chains on state of the art infrastructure (preferably Gitlab, Jenkins, Artifactory & K8s) - Experience with the DevOps culture and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) - International/intercultural work experience **Personal skills** - Strong leadership skills, demonstrated by previous experiences - Analytical and problem-solving skills and an independent, structured, and target-oriented approach to work - Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills - Personal initiative, commitment, and resilience - “Improve and learn relentlessly” attitude: You and your team will encounter unknowns and uncertainty and the need to take ownership in the most convenient and efficient way **Language skills** - Proficiency in English Why us? - A chance to work on a new generation of Infotainment Systems, which will power millions of cars - An international, interdisciplinary software hub, which is part of the Mercedes Benz AG - Great company values that we are passionate about and live by every day at work.
