At ChargeX, we develop innovative charging infrastructure for electric cars. Our Aqueduct charging systems are a smart combination of hardware and software that we develop ourselves. We are working together on an urban infrastructure solution that charges vehicles intelligently, cost-efficiently and based on daily mobility behavior.

For the rapid growth of our startup, we are looking for a passionate working student to join our way to become the next electric charging unicorn, who is ready to address urgent and diverse business challenges as they arise.

Your Challenge
- Serve as a versatile problem solver, ready to tackle diverse challenges across various domains as they arise
- Engage in business development initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and execution
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
- Utilize strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions, ensuring all strategies are backed by solid evidence
- Future Option: Be responsible for your own internal department with full ownership for a key activity that directly contributes to our overall business success

Your Expertise

**Must have**:

- Minimum 1 year remaining in studies
- Hybrid work: Ability to work in the office occasionally (not fully remote)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think interdisciplinary and quickly adapt to new situations and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently, taking initiative in various situations with mínimal supervision
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to the success of the startup
- Fluent in Business English

**Nice to have**:

- Studies in a related field e.g. economics, data-science, industrial engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering
- Experience in a startup environment with high independence
- Experience with Hubspot
- Fluent in German
- Based in the Munich region
