**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Working Student to join our team. In this role, you will primarily support our recruitment activities and also provide assistance across various HR topics. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
**Tasks**:
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Provide general administrative support in HR-related matters.
- Support HR projects and day-to-day operations (e.g., employee data management, HR reporting).
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and help ensure smooth operations during staff absences.
- Enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English and German.
