Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (f/m/d)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to take ownership of running our client's payment-related processes. You will ensure the maximum integrity of the methods and collaboration between all involved parties. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders for any client payment-related queries and work closely with Finance Leadership, Finance Operations (i.e., invoicing), Risk & Compliance, and Account Managers to guarantee invoice collection while providing outstanding service to clients. You will focus on continuously improving processes and work with our Finance Product team to automate workflows wherever possible.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Own, create and optimize a stellar payment operations function that not only ensures efficient payment collection for xChange but also a straightforward process for our clients
- Be the trusted point of contact for our clients on all payment-related topics, helping to solve any issues or questions they have
- Share your creativity and initiative in improving all processes, making them scalable and bulletproof to match our growth
- Have a direct impact on our products and product development while working closely with our Finance Product Managers
- Support in building and leading a talented Payment Operations team that is ready to take xChange to the next level

- Basic accounts receivables accounting experience is mandatory. Having worked with finance ERP systems is a plus
