**Your Duties and Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the monthly payroll, taking into account German tax and social security law in cooperation with the external service provider
- You ensure a stable and high-quality payroll process and propose process improvements
- You take care of the correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices, and authorities.
- You participate and manage projects and special tasks

**Your Profile**
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on HR or Finance
- Several years of sound professional experience in a comparable position
- Pronounced knowledge of HR management processes and in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting as well as social security and income tax law
- Business fluent in German, very good knowledge of spoken and written English
