Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Oversees and manages the company’s Customer Engagement programs (CEPs), in particular Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Market Research Programs (MRPs) as well as digital engagement programs
- Being responsible for the compliant conduct of CEPs in line with the companies and regulatory standards and procedures
- Definition and Monitoring of process based KPIs and handling of deviations
- Supports the continuous improvement of the CEP process and respective tools
- Acting as main interface between the pharmacovigilance and the marketing department to facilitate the conduct of CEPs
- Contact point for audits and inspections of the CEP process
- Coordinates and oversees deviation and CAPA management related to the CEP process

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline. A Masters or higher degree desirable
- 3-5 years’ experience on Pharmacovigilance process management for customer engagement programs
- Knowledge in pharmacovigilance regulations and procedures as well as quality management systems
- Experience in handling of Market Research Programs (MRPs) and Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
- Strong communication skills
- Regulatory and compliance experience and mindset to ensure compliant business process of Customer Engagement Program Handling
- Excellent documentation practices
- Very strong project management/ leadership skills and experience in a global environment
- Experience in development and regional/ global roll-out of company policies/SOPs
- International and x-functional working experience in Pharma Industry
- Team management experience in a global/regional environment
- Strong team player that is willing to take on and support other activities outside core expertise as required to develop the future of the department
