**Jobbeschreibung**:
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs, process improvements, and system enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Liaise with Business Stakeholders to manage project backlogs and agree what work can be undertaken by the team, inclusive of: timelines, co-ordination, and deployment, leveraging common best practice across the group.
- Actively engage with the business product owners and stakeholders to drive alignment of process and requirements.
- Lead a internal team and external vendors that collaborates effectively both within the IT department and with business team members.
- Set clear performance objectives, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching to foster individual and team growth.
- Point person for management of software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
- Provide periodic updates to business stakeholders and IT leadership on projects, continuous improvement initiatives and requests backlogs.
- Ensure adherence to data security, and compliance standards in system operations in collaboration with Enterprise IT security team
- Ensure alignment with Enterprise and Platform IT strategy, processes, and goals.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Fluent in German and English
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7~10 years of Enterprise Information Technology experience with a focus on leading teams supporting ERP systems, PLM systems, data and reporting, and project management
- Experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused service delivery environment, in support of business strategy.
- Must have broad experience either as part of business operations or be very familiar with broad business operations and have a track record of successful management of change.
- Must have experience delivering excellent user support within a matrix structure.
- Able to communicate up and down the management chain, providing the appropriate message to the audience.
- Experience estimating project costs and leading projects.
- Preferred work experience in a manufacturing company with machine builder/OEM business processes.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills, the ability to bring strong oversight to multiple projects and changes running concurrently.
