For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Intern (M/F/d) CRM in Marketing - focus on loyalty program** Your new job includes - As a Marketing Intern (M/F/d) in CRM (focus on loyalty program) in our family-run company, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the workflows of the Digital Customer Experience department. You will support the CRM team in day-to-day business. In particular, you will- support the management of campaigns and projects in the area of direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) in order to achieve our new customer goals - organise and implement projects at our international locations, e.g. competitions or shop openings - create and design concepts and presentations, e.g. on new B2B cooperations for our customers and the loyalty program "Heinemann & Me" - support in our exciting and divers daily business, which is strongly influenced by our international location management - take over additional tasks, such as continuous competition and trend research as well as the preparation of reports What you should bring along - Studies in the field of economics, (international) marketing or a comparable field of study - Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Very good written and spoken German and English skills - Ideally, first practical experience through projects, internships or comparable activities - Proactive, independent way of working, an open-minded nature and strong communication skills to work in an international family business that values open and appreciative cooperation - Interest in the field of customer relationship management, especially in the areas of customer loyalty management, omnichannel marketing and the international travel market as well as travel retail What you can be excited about **Attractive employee discounts** **Flexible working hours** **Subsidised public transport** **Varied canteen** **Team events
