Do you have a passion for ensuring impeccable financial control in projects? Element Logic invites you to join our team as a Project Controller, where you will tackle new challenges in an international setting. _

**Responsibilities**:
As a Project Controller at Element Logic, you will be responsible for:

- Serving as a bridge between the project organization and Finance department
- Ensuring meticulous financial control over our project portfolio
- Ongoing monitoring of active projects, encompassing payment oversight, risk identification for potential cost overruns, and safeguarding project profitability
- Collaborating in the implementation of standardized financial project processes
- Conducting post-project analyses alongside Project Managers
- Assisting Project Managers in accurately recording project budgets within the ERP system
- Preparing comprehensive project assessment documentation and calculations for periodic closures and annual audits
- Working closely with local Accounting Managers to assess monthly project accruals
- Identifying and addressing GAAP differences related to project accounting

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient language skills in both German and English, both written and spoken
- Profound knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Interest or familiarity with accounting regulations
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical, detail-oriented skills
