YOUR MISSION
- Act as the primary point of contact for direct communications with Automotive OEM customers, ensuring their requirements are thoroughly understood and met.
- Lead and manage the development of custom software solutions utilizing our low-code platform, focusing on optimizing and expanding its capabilities.
- Continuously develop and adjust modules of the platform to meet the evolving needs of users and customers.
- Perform data modeling and mapping for custom datasets to integrate seamlessly into our software solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and internal SW teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

**MUST HAVES**:

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a robust focus on JavaScript/TypeScript Full-Stack. Additional experience in other languages such as Rust, Golang, and Python is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in GraphQL, ETL processes, and graph databases.
- Proven background in an engineering consultancy or an engineering outsourcing company.
- Previous customer-facing experience in roles such as Architect, Project Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams, including aspects of recruitment, leadership, and mentorship.
- Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) is preferred due to frequent interactions with German-speaking clients.

**NICE TO HAVES**:

- A formal degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
