**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Improving and enhancing our social media and digital marketing activities.
- Developing new and creative ideas to improve First Climate’s social media and online presence with a focus on increasing visibility and engagement rates.
- Researching and curating appealing content for posts, news, and blog articles.
- Implementing SEO measures using our CMS system to improve the performance and visibility of First Climate’s website. This also includes improving copy content. This will be done in collaboration with, and supported by, internal and external teams.
- Analyzing work on a monthly basis according to relevant KPIs.
- In this position you will be part of the First Climate Marketing and Communications department, and together with your team members also participate in the conception and implementation of internal and external communications measures.

**Specific Requirements**:

- Initial experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
- Native level knowledge of English and a good command of German.
- You enjoy writing and have relevant experience writing professionally.
- You have a hands-on-mentality and team-oriented attitude.
- Some experience in graphics and layout software (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
