**Marketing Director (f/m/d)**

In the marketing team, we love to fascinate our community with creative content and to respond to their problems and wishes. In community relationship management, we update our users about current events in our games and try to make their gaming experience as immersive as possible. Team spirit, creativity and number-driven thinking are part of our DNA and part of our daily work. We support the New Games team in testing and scaling new games in the mobile market. As Marketing Director (f/m/d) at Travian Games, analytical skills, exceptional leadership skills and a penchant for user satisfaction are essential. You will lead our customer experience management team, which takes care of our games, as well as support the marketing art team in setting up a new creative strategy.

**Quests**
- Lead cross-disciplinary team of 15 persons (Community, Performance Marketing, Marketing-Art)
- Create a marketing strategy for multiple games with an active web community
- Scale existing games on the web
- Improve customer satisfaction in cooperation with the community management team
- Define and execute a dedicated performance marketing strategy for mobile and web on Facebook, Google, DSPs, networks, partner agreements, collaborations and revenue share deals
- Execute marketing tests for new mobile games based on budget and test plans
- Improve data infrastructure and data analysis in cooperation with the relevant teams.
- Define and execute a dedicated marketing art strategy to prepare the business for scaling mobile games
- Lead marketing assets team

**Skills**
- Relevant professional experience as “Head of Marketing” or “Marketing Director” or Marketing Director in mobile or web
- Excellent experience in building and maintaining multiple multilingual, active communities on the web
- Excellent experience in customer service and rule enforcement
- Deep understanding of performance marketing in mobile and web, using Facebook, Google, DSPs, networks, affiliate agreements, collaborations, and revenue-share deals
- Very good understanding of data analysis using tools such as Looker, Metabase, and communicating with the appropriate teams
- Experience with CRM and creating and evaluating tests
- Outstanding skills in communicating and leading interdisciplinary teams
