**Role Purpose**:
The work of this role is a brand promoter, and the work location is in Hamburg, Germany. You are expected to generate and present professional and comprehensive proposals in line with the company’s and the customer’s needs, to increase the Florens' presence and activity in the global market of responsibility. The objective is to build, maintain and enhance productive business relationships for Florens across the world.

**A typical day in this Role**:

- Active Lease out of NEW containers and Deport units to major international container shipping liners.
- Deliver volume growth with key accounts, across all categories including direct key account management.
- Collect market intelligence and conduct periodic market analysis.
- Credit monitoring of customers to avoid credit risk (loss of our CONTAINER asset/ AR overdue).
- Negotiate and conclude commercial terms with the moves of CONTAINERS.
- Work closely with all related stakeholders to leverage all the resources in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Working closely with international container shipping liners.
- Intensive business travel is required.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s or degree or above in shipping/ logistics/ business administration is preferred.
- Prefer to have container leasing experience or container line's container management sector.
- Computer and IT skills, extensive knowledge in MS Excel mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solver.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and business.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (with Mandarin and/ or Cantonese language skills is an added advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: 3,000.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
