**Mitarbeiter Quality Assurance** (m/w/d)**:

**(Teilzeit 18 Std. pro Woche, befristet für 2 Jahre)**

Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Quality Operations sind Sie Teil eines vielfältigen Teams. Sie unterstützen das Team, indem Sie die administrativen Prozesse im Blick haben und durch Ihre strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise einen effizienten Ablauf gewährleisten.

**Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Aktualität und Konformität des QMS und deren Bereitstellung über das QMH,
- Lenkung, Bereitstellung und Koordination der Dokumentation zu Spezifikationen, abteilungsspezifischen Arbeitsanweisungen, Kalibrieranweisungen, Stapelplänen, Methodenvalidierungen und dem Bode Betriebshandbuch,
- Koordination und Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zu elektronischen Unterschriften mit qualitätsrelevanten Entscheidungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen zu den Themen Dokumentenmanagement und Aufzeichnungen,
- Dokumentenmanager für alle qualitätssichernden Dokumenten in der Verantwortung von Quality Operations Vertretung:

- Durchführung des Batch Record Reviews
- Durchführung von Vollständigkeitskontrollen der Chargendokumentation

**Ihre Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrungen in der Lenkung von Qualitätsaufzeichnungen
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Zielorientierung
- Zuverlässigkeit und Strukturiertheit
