**YOUR TALENT**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economic Laws
- A general understanding of Intellectual Property Laws
- Advanced language skills, both in spoken and written, in English and preferably German
- Ability to work both independently and as a strong part of the Brand Protection and entire Intellectual Property team
- Starting Date: ASAP; Duration: 6 months or longer
**YOUR MISSION**:
- Coordination of and collaboration with Customs, Police and other Law Enforcement Authorities in Germany and further selected countries, to fight counterfeiting and IP infringement
- Conducting of Law Enforcement trainings in selected countries
- Management and maintenance of EUIPO’s (European Union Intellectual Property Office) IPEP database and ZGR’s (Zentralstelle Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz) zgr-online database
- Management, maintenance, and development of PUMA’s IP enforcement case management database “iptrac”
- Support in the field of online monitoring and enforcement (elimination of fraudulent websites, social medias, marketplaces, and mobile apps)
