We are looking for an Employee Experience intern to join our Employee Experience Team in People Function. Allianz Technology is committed to promoting a fair, inclusive, and engaging workplace for all our employees. We are taking concrete actions to ensure our employees are engaged and empowered with the right conditions and support to grow and succeed. To support in these efforts, we are hiring a Employee Engagement intern to help implement Engagement programs and other related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will assist or (co-) lead global projects in Employee Engagement
- You will help implement Employee Engagement measures and ensure we are on track with our strategy
- You will work with Employer Branding and Global Communications in creating communications and campaigns on DE&I and Employee Engagement across all channels
- You will research Engagement topics, create reports on Engagement efforts, and conceptualize new ideas
- You will coordinate and support of Engagement-focused, community events and projects

**Key Requirements**
- You are enrolled in at least a Bachelor's program, any field of study is welcomed
- You are passionate about people, about creating great experiences and engaging workplaces
- You are comfortable with data and analytics
- You enojoy creating concepts and topics in creative and exciting ways (e.g. visuals)
- You are collaborative and able to engage with people at all levels of the company
- You are proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Adobe CC Suite or illustration softwares a plus
- **You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)**
