Summary For the “F&C Airborne Space & ISR Radars” division, we are looking for a “Finance Business Partner Airborne & Space (f/m/d)” at the Ulm or Immenstaad location as soon as possible. The department is responsible for the execution of all commercial tasks within the program, including the performance of management and control tasks to achieve the program-specific business objectives. Your Tasks- Comprehensive commercial support in the context of international projects- Commercial contact person for project managers and close coordination with the core project team and supporting departments- Responsibility for proper commercial project management with a focus on quotation calculations (including target costing, target pricing), cost tracking and optimization, payment, claim / waiver, opportunity and risk management- Preparation of the commercial offer section as well as preparation of and participation in contract negotiations with customers and suppliers- Responsibility for project controlling incl. cost-to-completion / EAC analyses, target / actual comparisons, participation in the preparation of scenario analyses, development of proposals and initiation of measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow- Invoicing and receivables management- Checking the accounting accuracy of all postings with regard to IFRS15 and HGB, as well as price verification and auditing issues- Support in the preparation of planning and reporting- Assistance with operational reporting within the scope of the area of responsibility as well as support and assistance with price audits Your Profile Completed studies in business administration, MBA or comparable Several years of experience in finance and commercial project management, ideally in national and international projects Experience in bid management, claim/waiver management Knowledge of public pricing law advantageous Good SAP knowledge (SD / PS module) and proficient in MS Office Conscientious, structured and independent way of working Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, customer orientation and assertiveness Business fluent in German and English, further foreign language skills an advantage Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
