We are an innovative company in the field of vehicle technology and are looking for motivated students to support us in problem analysis in manufacturing. The tasks include identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing solutions to optimize production processes, and coordinating interfaces between production and specialized departments.

Your Tasks:

- You develop and implement customized Excel macros to optimize project workflows.
- You structure and update project information on Confluence to ensure a central knowledge base for the team.
- You manage and update Jira tickets and assist in planning and tracking tasks and milestones.
- You support project management in coordinating and controlling projects, including preparing and following up on meetings.
- You create reports and analyses to support project management in decision-making.

Necessary Skills:

- Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in developing and implementing Excel macros
- Familiarity with Confluence for structuring and updating project information
- Knowledge in managing Jira tickets and task tracking
- German and English language skills at least at B2 level

The remuneration is based on our collective agreement on general working conditions and pay. Currently, the hourly wage for this position is 17.52 EUR. The internship is compensated with a monthly salary of 979 EUR.
