**Job Title: Commercial Representative for Dance Clothing Brand**
**Location: Germany**
Are you passionate about dance and fashion? Do you excel in sales and customer relationship management? Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Representative for a leading dance clothing brand based in Germany.
**Responsibilities**:
- Representing the dance clothing brand to schools, dance studios, and other potential customers.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Promoting the latest collections and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with brand campaigns.
- Organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the fashion or dance industry.
- Strong understanding of dancewear and the needs of dancers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, dance, and customer engagement.
- Ability to travel within Germany for customer visits and events.
- Fluency in German and English.
**Compensation**:
- This role offers a unique compensation structure where the representative will receive a percentage of the sales they generate.
**Location and Schedule**:
- The position is based in Germany.
- Specific working hours and travel schedules will be communicated upon selection.
