In this role, you will support our team and work directly together with our Head of Finance & Legal, Anselm, and the Co-Founders David and Jan on various legal tasks that come with a young startup. This includes commercial law, corporate law, regulatory law and IP law.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle and coordinate legal work together with our Head of Finance & Legal and external law firms.
- Support the company to make better-informed and legally sound decisions.
- Research, digest and prepare information in a wide range of legal areas.
- Observe and help improve administrative processes within our organisation.
- Keep an eye on legal compliance while others concentrate on their core topics in order to generate better outcomes together.

- Have finished your legal studies in Germany (1st state exam) or an equivalent degree
