**What you´ll do**
As a working student in the P&O Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Operations your main tasks will be to:
- actively support the HR Business Partners in core HR processes and in their daily work
- drive analyses to identify HR needs and activities within the Board Area HR
- research on various HR topics
- be actively involved in project work
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
- Others: Reliability

The HR Functions within the People & Operations board area play a key role in providing services and operational support as well as strategic consulting on all matters related to employees, managers and the organization.
