**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the team in administrative activities as well as in day-to-day operations, e.g. preparation of certificates, contracts and contract attachments
- Maintenance of the time management system ADICOM
- Collaboration in the continuous development and optimization of HR processes, guidelines and structures
- Support in HR projects
**Qualifications**:
- Business studies with focus on HR management desirable
- First practical experience in the HR area
- Good command of written and spoken English
- IT affinity (secure knowledge of MS Office programs and Microsoft Sharepoint, SAP advantageous)
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Fun and sovereignty in dealing with people and new situations
- Initiative, ability to work in a team and organizational skills
