**Your tasks**:

- Be responsible to keep a globally consistent brand image
- Lead the creating and execution of all global design projects: deliver clear design briefings; assign design projects to team members and partner agencies or create the designs yourself; successfully manage projects on time and within budget; monitor the graphic works are of high quality and aligned with brand guidelines
- Act as the point of contact between designers and internal stakeholders: Understanding the stakeholder’s requirements and goals for the project; developing project deliverables and timelines; facilitating resolving design issues with stakeholders; coordinating and controlling design submittals for stakeholder’s review and approval
- Lead brainstorming sessions for design ideas and graphic work & convince with creative skills and “out of the box” thinking
- Maintain global image database & establish and lead internal image sourcing process

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field with 3-4+ years of related graphic design experience
- You are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and have in-depth knowledge of graphic design production principles
- You are committed to your timelines and budget, and thrive to achieve your goals
- You have a high level of organization and exceptional attention to detail and are able to handle multiple tasks as well as multiple projects simultaneously
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
