Key job responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, instructional designers, and business stakeholders, to research, design, and implement AI models that address complex challenges in learning and development.
Use data analysis and large-scale computing resources to understand and improve user experiences, ensuring the developed tools effectively meet the needs of the L&D team and operators.
Communicate the technical solutions and their business impact to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and building trust through clear, data-driven results.
Mentor and develop other scientists within the team, promoting technical excellence and the adoption of best practices in AI modeling and solution development.
Tackle large, complex problems by designing AI models that address both current and future challenges, contributing to the creation of scalable, robust solutions for L&D and operational performance improvement.
Contribute to the hiring process by identifying top talent and helping to build a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.
