Zur **Verstärkung** unseres Teams in Weßling suchen wir ab sofort:
**Team Assistenz als Minijob (m/w/d)
**Aufgabengebiete**:

- Organisation und Strukturierung des Sekretariats
- Korrespondenz, Ablage, elektronisches Dokumentenmanagement
- Sekretariatsaufgaben für unsere Startup-Firmen
- Organisation interner und externer Termine & interner Meetings
- Buchung von Dienstreisen
- Koordination des Berichtswesens
- Pflege eines Kontaktmanagementsystems
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen
- Postversand

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich
- Sicheres Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Hohe Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung
- Belastbarkeit
- Sorgfältige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
